Help & FAQ

Quick answers for kids and parents.

What is Fantasy Card Creator?

Fantasy Card Creator lets you design your very own fantasy creature trading card. You make your choices, we create the creature and the card, and then you can save, download, print and share it.

It's made by Appetent Ltd, a small New Zealand company.

How do credits work and what do they cost?

Each card you make uses one credit. Credits are a one-off purchase, not a subscription, and they don't expire while the service is running. Prices are in New Zealand dollars:

Single card: NZ$1.99

3 cards: NZ$4.99

6 cards: NZ$8.99

12 cards: NZ$14.99

25 cards: NZ$24.99

Payments are handled safely by Stripe. Credits belong to your account and can't be resold, passed on or swapped for cash. Free or promo credits have no cash value.

Can I get a refund?

If a card doesn't generate or gets rejected, we'll give that credit back where our systems can.

Credits aren't refunded just because you've changed your mind or haven't used them. We may refund in special cases, like a double or unauthorised charge, a problem on our side that stops you using your credits, or if we close the service before you could reasonably use them. Refunds are always handled in line with New Zealand law.

To ask about a refund, email admin@fantasycardcreator.app. You can read the full details in our Terms.

Why might a parent need to check things first?

Fantasy Card Creator is made for kids and families, so a grown-up should look after the account. When parent verification is switched on, a parent or guardian confirms it's okay using Kids Web Services (KWS) Parent Verification from Epic Games.

Until a parent has verified, we don't load analytics or send anything about the child.

What happens to my information?

We only use information to run Fantasy Card Creator: signing you in, making and saving cards, handling purchases, sending sign-in emails, helping with support and keeping things safe. Cards are private unless you choose to share them, and we don't use children's information for targeted advertising.

Parents can ask what we hold about their child, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent by emailing admin@fantasycardcreator.app. Our Privacy Policy has all the details.

How do I delete my cards or my account?

To delete one card, use the delete option in the app where it's shown.

To delete your whole account, go to your account settings. This removes your cards, drafts, feedback, mailing-list record and account, and we finish removing account data within 30 days.

Some purchase records, like transaction IDs, amounts and dates, are kept for up to seven years for New Zealand tax and accounting. You can also email admin@fantasycardcreator.app to ask for deletion.

How do I get help?

Email admin@fantasycardcreator.app with any question, refund or deletion request, parent request or safety worry. We'll get back to you as soon as we can.
